Nightmare is the fifth album from the band from the United States, Avenged Sevenfold. The album was released on July 27, 2010. The album is an album without Jimmy's drum contribution "The Rev" Sullivan because of his death in December 2009. While not playing drums, The Rev only wrote parts of songs from this album and became vocals on the album this. Mike Portnoy, became a substitute for The Rev while working as a drummer on this album and following all the Avenged Sevenfold tours, since Dream Theater did not tour. And after Mike Portnoy's departure, Avenged Sevenfold has been looking for Mike Portnoy's successor, Arin Ilejay. This album got the Gold certificate from RIAA. The album has sold over 766,000 in the United States.
